At Ephrata Martial Arts, we work hard to make sure that your child’s experience in the martial arts is fun, safe, and productive, and that the life skills that they acquire through martial arts training support them as they grow.
The kids program at Ephrata Martial Arts fosters each child’s personal growth by providing them with attainable goals, and creating a healthy support system and positive learning environment in order to help them achieve those goals. We help children become strong and productive members of society by building character, social skills, self-discipline and overall concentration through martial arts training. Children improve their physical fitness and gain a healthy self-image through their accomplishments in class—empowering them to accomplish anything outside of class. Equipped with these positive attributes, your child will have the confidence and inner strength needed to succeed in life.
Age-specific classes for kids ages 4-10
Kids can take part in both Kung Fu and SAMBO in a fun, exciting learning environment.
Children socialize in a positive learning environment which develops valuable social skills, character, listening skills, and discipline.
Structured, well-staffed classes provide kids with personalized attention.
Kids practice basic punches, kicks, and blocking techniques that they will later apply in safe, supervised sparring.
Enriching games teach fundamentals such as balance, coordination, timing, agility, speed, and power.
Traditional Chinese forms help kids develop and improve concentration and memory.
