Ephrata Martial Arts offers a flexible schedule of martial arts programs for children, teens and adults of all ages and all skill levels. Children ages 4 through 12 may attend the age-specific Kids Kung Fu and Kids SAMBO programs. Children ages 13 and older may join any of the adult martial arts programs at Ephrata Martial Arts, but will continue to train within the adult classes with children of similar age.
