SELF DEFENSE
Self defense training at Ephrata Martial Arts is integrated into the daily curriculum for children, teens, and adults. By attending the Striking and Grappling classes, students gain confidence and learn how to defend themselves in a realistic way. While it is recommended to attend class on a regular basis for the best muscle memory and self defense application, it is also an option to schedule semi-private instruction and group classes geared towards basic strikes and techniques that can be done in self defense situations. We try to offer a few self defense classes to the public throughout the year.
