2019 Summer Camp: Ninja Wars
August 5-9 (Mon-Fri) for Ages 3-13

 You do not need to be a member at Ephrata Martial Arts to attend camp! All are welcome, whether you're a former student, current student, friend of a student, child of a student, or just someone whose child has expressed interest in martial arts! Those who are not a student at Ephrata Martial Arts will receive a FREE uniform t-shirt (a $25 value!) to wear for picture day Friday.

Our 2019 Summer Camp has a NINJA WARS theme. Activities through the week include crafts, nerf battle, teamwork games, and other activities to strengthen martial arts skills, improve fitness, and strengthen friendships. Children should bring water, a packed lunch, and a small snack each day with their name clearly marked on it. Due to the many allergies within the studio, we request that NO PEANUT PRODUCTS (such as peanut butter) be brought and we will discourage children from sharing or trading food.

Mon-Thur children should wear clothes they are comfortable being active in. Skirts and dresses are not recommended unless shorts are worn underneath. Studio uniform (or your free tshirt if you are visiting) should be worn on Friday for a group picture. 

Ages 3-4 may join us for a half day from 9:30-11:30am and ages 5-13 from 9:30-1:30pm.
SPACE IS LIMITED to 5 children ages 3-4 and 15 children ages 5-13.
​We will still be holding our regular evening class schedule during this week.

    LIABILITY WAIVER
    I agree not to hold Justin Press, Angelina Press, Ephrata Martial Arts, and/or its teachers or associates responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or liability that might occur while my child participates at the 2019 Summer Camp. I further state that all students listed on this registration are in good health and are not restricted from any physical activities such as martial arts, etc.
    MEDIA RELEASE WAIVER
    Ephrata Martial Arts is hereby granted permission to take photographs / video of any and all students to use in print or electronic publication. As student or legal guardian of student, I do understand that photos will eventually be removed from the website as pictures from the new classes / teams are put in its place. For internet safety, I understand that Ephrata Martial Arts will only use my name/my child’s name on the internet if I grant them permission (sign below). I also realize that my name/my child’s name may be mentioned in local newspapers should his or her photo be taken and used for that purpose. I am confident that photos of my student will be appropriate and of good taste.  I hereby give Ephrata Martial Arts exclusive rights for all media use of my child’s image.  This includes all print, non-theatrical, home video, CD-ROM, internet and any other electronic media, advertising, posters, social media and other promotional materials that may be created in the future. Ephrata Martial Arts also has the right to use and intertwine (with or without other materials) in full or portion any photographs / video footage taken as a result of participating in Ephrata Martial Arts classes and events.     *This photo waiver applies to all classes, social events and public events that are associated with Ephrata Martial Arts when posting or using pictures/other media forms of the student:

    With the submission of this form is due the full camp payment. If payment is not received within one week of submission, your child(s) spot in camp will not be held.
